The Sauna: what it is, types, and benefits
The sauna, born in Finland and always known for its health benefits, is characterized by a heat bath performed inside a wooden or stone cabin, with dimensions varying based on models or needs, and is equipped with a specific stove that heats and dehumidifies.
During the sauna, there is a marked stimulation of circulation, the muscles relax, and toxins are expelled through sweating. The sauna also allows for relaxation from stress and helps counteract body imperfections, aiding in detoxification and relieving tension.
Each realization is exclusive and unique in its kind because well-being has a personal taste.

Finnish Sauna
The Finnish sauna is the classic sauna par excellence.
It consists of a wooden cabin equipped with benches where one can sit or lie down and is characterized by a heat generation system (stove with electric resistors or wood-fueled) that develops a temperature between 80° and 90°C, with about 20% humidity.
During the session, it is possible to pour cold water on the stones of the brazier to adjust the emission of dry air and the percentage of humidity.
Bio-Sauna
Built like a Finnish sauna, it is equipped with an electric stove including a tank for the evaporation of water.
Through a special control unit, the sauna can operate in a traditional (Finnish) mode or in “bio” mode, maintaining a balance between humidity and temperature, in an adjustable range between 60/65°C and 55/65% humidity.
Infrared Sauna
Cabin aesthetically similar to the classic Finnish sauna, but designed to reach lower temperatures using the potential of infrared technology.
Special emitters in the IR spectrum are used that do not heat the air, but the materials that are irradiated, including the human body.
The cabin temperature is around 40/50°C and, for the same dimensions, has a lower electricity consumption compared to a traditional sauna.
Outdoor Sauna
Outdoor saunas are structures designed to enjoy a wellness area even in outdoor environments such as gardens, terraces, or rooftops, for a perfect fusion between nature and well-being. It is possible to create cabins and chalets, characterized by a Blockhaus assembly system of wooden beams, or opt for a normal indoor structure with the addition of suitable protections, insulations, and soundproofing to avoid dispersions and ensure functionality over time.

Salt Eco-Sauna
Summary of nature and technology, Duna is a salt eco-sauna with walls made of salt crystal and ventilated flooring with 750 kilograms of warm Dead Sea salt heated to 45°C: a white “bed” to lie down, relax, and cover oneself.
A Spa Suite with a temperate and dry climate that can activate a natural, gentle, draining sweating.
Structure without a stove made externally and internally with natural materials, such as wood and salt, for an eco-sustainable aesthetic approach.

HEATING
an exclusive multiple ventilated electric heat generator system keeps the air above at about 35°C and the salt bed at a very pleasant temperature of about 40°C
LIGHTING
LED technology provides the environment with a soft white light during rest, automatically switched to fixed color chromotherapy, fading, or cascading from the original ceiling structure
